Agnes Chua, the esteemed founder of TRG Exchange, brings over 13 years of professional expertise in the beauty and wellness industry, with a career rooted in excellence and growth. Starting as a Beautician at Adonis Beauty Consultants, Agnes worked her way up to the role of Service Supervisor, excelling in staff training, sales operations, and customer satisfaction. Her commitment to service excellence earned her several accolades, including the Best Employee Award and the Long Service Award.

Certified with a CIBTEC UK Diploma in Aesthetic Treatment, Agnes has developed a solid foundation in the beauty industry. Her passion for sharing knowledge and empowering others is reflected in her training and mentorship, helping junior staff develop their skills. In addition to her role in beauty consulting, Agnes successfully founded and operated a homemade bakery business, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and ability to build loyal customer bases.

Throughout his career, Dr. Thony has played pivotal roles in some of the world’s leading direct selling companies and has co-founded two successful wellness ventures in Malaysia and Spain. His diverse experience extends to leadership positions at public-listed companies, where he contributed to strategic growth and development in various capacities, such as International Business Director and General Manager.

Having trained and coached numerous professionals, Dr. Thony is known for his ability to foster high-performing teams and develop thriving MLM networks with monthly revenues in the millions. Amber Lee is a highly accomplished nutritionist and HRD Corp Certified Trainer with a strong academic and professional background. She holds a Master of Clinical Nutrition from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and a Bachelor of Nutrition from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). Her exceptional contributions to the field were recognized by the Nutrition Society of Malaysia, which awarded her the prestigious Best Thesis Research award.

Amber has also collaborated with the Institut Sukan Negara Malaysia on groundbreaking research, further establishing her expertise in the integration of nutrition and sports science. Her dedication to impactful training earned her the Best Content Trainer award from the 4U Institute.
